Dr. Hampton opened his medical office in Carroll County, Tennessee on August 3, 2004. Dr. Hampton's first practice location in Carroll County was in the Baptist Family Practice Clinic Building in McKenzie, Tennessee. Dr. Hampton moved to Huntingdon, Tennessee on January 2, 2006. After the success of the first clinic, Dr. Hampton opened his second clinic in Paris, Tennessee on October 31, 2008. Two years later, the third clinic opened in Martin Tennessee on May 3, 2010. With 3 clinics already performing so well, a fourth location opened in Camden, Tennessee on January 31, 2011. It is our vision to provide "Quality Care When You Need It Most!"
